Why Recognition is Important With Emily Cunis
On this episode Ted and Barb welcome Emily Cunis. Emily is a safety professional for Florida Entertainment Company. She majored in biomedical sciences and she recently earned her CSP. For the last five years Emily has learned and gained her experience in the multitude of safety sectors.
Emily shares about her experience and what made her fall in love with safety. She likes more proactive standpoint and how focused and centered safety and public health are around people. According to her, positive interactions, like recognition and appreciation, are very important. People focus more on their task when they know they are going to be rewarded.
