Patrick, coaching is all about identification and meeting legitimate needs as a leader. He believes that leaders need to be curious all the time in order to really understand what their team is going through. Only then can they be effective in coaching them. Safety is also a huge consideration for Patrick. He believes that leaders need to create an environment where people feel safe to take risks, experiment, and fail. Ultimately, these things are essential for growth and development. By creating a safe space for coaching and leadership to occur, Patrick is helping to change the world – one leader at a time.
